The installation: Empathy and envy as generators of the form

The installation of a CZA gives substance to the idea that cultures are propagated according to the formal processes of "contagion" that combine imitation and innovation, creating sequences of artifacts related to subtle variations on a common theme. The metal cabinets that make it up are grouped around a central space paved with "pebbles" metal hexagonal. Each of them shows on its outer side a collection of objects or images linked from this principle of "almost equal": entomological boxes, Rolling Pins bread of Rajasthan, photographs of facades in Milan after World War II by Giovanna Silva, scale models of submarines, photographs of Ari Versluis and Ellie Uyttenbroek of people united by similar attires, Remember edifici, a painting by Charlie Roberts, architectural models work CZA. The resemblance, rather than l '"originality", is what allows the dialogue between men, and what gives shape to urban environments that we recognize them as wallpapers beloved of our lives.
